How Our Commission Works: For houses priced at $900,000 or less, we charge $9,950+HST flat fee. This breaks down to:
- $4,500 for the agent representing the Buyer
- $4,500 for the agent representing the Seller (i.e. us)
- $950 in fees.
You only pay if your house sells!!
For houses over $900,000, we charge 1% plus $950. For example, for house at $1,000,000, the total charge would be $10,950+HST.
